There's a scan on Ranger board which shows Double (Cyclone/Joker;Heat/Metal;Luna/Trigger), a random Worm and Magma Dopant.
If they are even addding new characters, I guess they'll complete G3, Gattack and the Dark Riders too.

Well Climax Heroes was rushed but it still was on the brighter side of Rider games (together with Kabuto and probably Agito games). I guess they will use same engine/gameplay and will try to cash in on Double and Ganbaride popularity. Im not sure about inclusion of monsters, maybe they are needed for single player walkthrough...again monsters from worlds of different riders which means Decade is main hero once again..
What I hope for is, 1 main rider, 1 secondary rider, 1 monster from each serie, that would be awesome.
Btw, KR Ryuki, Climax Heroes, Dragon Knight and this new game all use same Stadum background
