Kamen Rider Climax Heroes (PS2)

be nice if I could find out those conditions. Controls are kind of pissing me off, and I'm guessing you could only Form Ride one character at a time? But how do you perform the special moves like the Rider Kicks? Or much of anything....I looked over and figure out the basic functions of the battling but nothing combination or form ride styles.

I believe the key most part is the fill up your special gauge, then perform your attack at the right moment while you unleash your special gauge power.

I played survival mode with Kabuto, and I got to around fighting Kiva, he was number 4 on the list. As I got close to finishing him I figured out the right time to push my special attack to engage the Clock up Rider Kick and I KO'ed that bastard with all I had. :thumbs: Just so you know, Kiva is NOT my favorite Rider.

And if you're Kabuto just clock up and pwn everyone they would be helpless against it

スマートブレイン : Unlock Auto Vajin missions for Decade Mode World Lv. 1 & 3.
コウテツノセンシ : Unlock G3-X in Decade Mode.
ナマコキライ : Unlock DiEnd
サイゴノライバル : Unlock Dark Decade
ソレイカランチ : Unlock Still Photo No.26 (or 28?) in Photo Gallery
ライダータイセン : Unlock Image No.40 in Photo Gallery
アラタナタタカイ : Situation Change (Battle Mode gets new option: Health Recovery)
ヘイワナセカイ : Unlock Mode (unlocks everything in game; all missions will have rank D on them)

Supers (Cutscene finishers) are done with R2 in your first form when you have full Rider Gauge. They only activate if they hit opponent, missed ones look like generic punch or kick

Contrary to what you might think Clock Up Mode and Axel Form arent as overpowered because of damage scaling; their actions most of time are counted as one big combo because combo counter gets slowed down too, and because of that you will have troubles dealing big damages in those forms. Their supers for the most part will deal bigger damage that you will deal going in superspeed forms. Well of course they do look cool

i forgot who but some1 said that it suck that u can't combine the strong attacks and weak attacks and it does but @lest they add canceling in this game so u can kind of combine them. canceling is really useful.(sry if my typing is weird i'm typing from my cell phone)

Wrong, there are combos like

Any Weak Attack -> Any Strong Attack
Any Weak Attack -> Special Move
Any Strong Attack -> Special Move
and some chars have Any Weak Attack -> Any Strong Attack -> Special Move
plus roman cancelling with f,f at cost of 1 segment of rider gauge
plus juggles (Hell, just try X,[],[],[],[],[],[].... with Hibiki Kurenai and you will get gist of it)
Combo system in game is pretty decent

AHA! I finally mastered the infamous Rider Kick....Up and TriangleI think it was, either that or up and cricle, butI'm sure it was triangle. I love rider kicking my enemies.Not too mention a shout out of "RIDER KICK!"

Purchased the game and played it.

Hello everybody.

As some of you may know, Kamen Rider Climax Heroes came out last week. I just got in the mail last week (had it reserved and paid one day shipping on it) and have been playing it ever since. As of 10 minutes ago, I have beaten the entire game (at least I think I did). The game is pretty good, yet it's not what you would expect. I am going to give you a quick review of the game so here goes:

Good points: Moves are easy to do (example you press the direction and circle button and that's a special attack).

The graphics are pretty decent and capture nice detail of the rider suits.

Riders finishing moves look great (press R2)

Missions in decade mode are challenging and sometimes surprising (at least for those who don't read Japanese too well).


bad point: some of the characters in the game are either non playable or only playable in Decade mode (and even with that it is only one mission). Prime example would be Kamen rider Gatack. It brings me to tears that he is only playable in decade mode but can not be unlocked. This is probably the only thing about the game that really sucks (at least in my point of view). Now unless their is a way to unlock some of the other riders, I think I have done all I can do in this game. Now I am not sure if this is correct, but I check it out in wikipedia and so far it seems to be true, I have gone back and done some mission that may unlock other riders so many times I that I have received rank S for almost all of them.

Overall, the game is still pretty decent but the lack of most characters you think should be in their (or at least should have been made playable) keep it from being the best. This game is good for hardcore Kamen Rider fans like myself, but if you want a bit more, look for kamen rider kabuto and kamen rider faiz games (personally I am going to try and buy the kabuto game, I heard it was the best one). FYI: I did not go into too much detail about what Riders make an appearance in the game because I am sure some of you out their still want to play it and I don't want to ruin it for you (though not much to ruin).

To anyone reading this getting ready to respond to it. I just read some of the other post so I already know that I am late with this. And Thank you Black shroud for pointing out the cheat menu in the option mode. Thanks for some of the cheat codes too, hope you find more.
