Main part of the article covers Fourze.
First of all, Elec States is announced as playable. (his CG art is shown. No in-game shots)
Next info is about the Switches. There are the standard 4 and another 4 to switch between for a total of 8.
The following 4 switches have screen shots and move explanations.
Rocket: Uses the rocket's jet propulsion to fly across the screen towards the opponent and punch him.
Launcher: Shoots missiles. If you use it together with Radar, the missiles gain homing properties.
Hopping: Makes moving around difficult.
Drill: Drastically improves kick power and lets you use a special in-game kick with Fourze.
The other 4 usable switches are introduced only with their cg artwork.
Those 4 are Chainsaw, Radar, Magic hand and Camera.
Of course the Electric switch is also usable by Elec States.
(Post then goes on to mention seeing Scissors is in a few screen shots but we already know Scissors is back, so I'll omit those lines)
One more thing is highlighted...................

The ones listed below all have one (all have screen shots shown)
G3-X: GX Launcher Perfect Marksmanship (rapid fire GX Launcher)

Punch Hopper: Rider Jump and Punch

Garren: Burning Divide

Yeah, a lot of good news. But I hope they will add finisher to Dark Kabuto. Zeronos and Kuuga probably will get their ones. Anyways I'm still waiting for Kiva Garulu/Bashssaa/Dogga Forms and for Kabuto/Gatack/Dark Kabuto Masked Forms as well as for a lot of more additions.Newest Dengeki issue has been obtained early.

Does this officially mean that Gatack and Garren won't have their respective form changes (Gatack Hyper Form and Garren Jack Form)?? Considering that Gattack Hyper Form's finisher is Hyper Kick and Garren Jack Form's finisher is Burning Shot. Because I don't think that secondary/sub riders will each get two finisher moves; one for Basic form (Gatack Rider Form and Garren Ace Form) and another one for form changes (Gatack Hyper Form and Garren Jack Form).

OMG, just realized we're getting a lot of finishers here. :O And to think we stared at 13 (14 if you include Dark Decade.

Ryuki cast has 15 (Possibly 18 if they give Ouja individual finishers as well.)
