Hmmm...Toei done a lot just to make sure that everyone acknowledge Gotou as Birth...
and I felt like BuraKaWani = W FangJoker

I'm not sure they'll use Sasori-Kani-Ebi for special character. Maybe it's TaToBa Purple Eyes or something...I mean, come on! You guys know how lazy Bandai Namco is in rider's games? WCAX & Dark Decade are palette swap! They might use the same for Fourze!

WCAX was a big surprise in KR CHOOO. Ebi-Kani-Sasori can be something like this.

I'm not to surprise about WCAX.. Because it's once appear on W series so it's no big surprise...

And even Ebi-Kani-Sasori will appear it's just going to be trash rider because it will have no finisher... Instead of Ebi-Kani-Sasori kombo I prefer TaMaShii and it have bigger chance of having finisher...

Yeah but CAX actually existed and appeared in the actual show. So no... Not even a single chance of Ebi-Kani-Sasori Combo because it never existed. Bandai is not going fanfic on this game xD.

Tamashii is a possibility though.

All three previous Climax Heroes games have Game-exclusive character(Dark Decade in original Climax Heroes and Climax Heroes W and WCycloneAccelXteame in Climax Heroes OOO), so I can't see any trouble in adding something new. But I don't think that TaMaShii will be this kind of form. It most likely end as another Red Gauge for OOO.

Also I hope Birth will be able to use All CLAWS in battle and won't end like Decade(1 Card for 1 match).

That's debatable thou. It was probably planned (Maybe even a work in progress concept.); however it could be due to rushing production of Decade, it was never realized fully. Might be how we got Violent Emotion Decade instead.

Dark Decade has the distinction of being nothing but a very simple re-color, though. That's different from putting in an entirely new design from the ground up.
