Awesome !! I always wanted to try it on my PC. Never been succeesful at it. What are the minimum specs required for it ?

Well as any prev-gen console emulator (be it PS2 or Wii), it wont work on prehistoric PC; however it needs no high-end PC too. Basically what you need is a simple dual core PC with several gb of RAM, which is pretty much a standart those days. Video card should also support OpenGL.

I need a partner for netplay testing, now that 2P controls work in some way.

i wouldnt say that because i think they are going to make another one probably around august because thats usually when super sentai and kamen rider movies are out in theaters and with kamen rider double still airing around that time, i think that they are going to come out with another movie for double and another climax heros or double game with fang/joker, accel and probably kamen rider skull.

You forgot imported models from KRDK game . Also they should cram in Garren, Ibuki, remaining dark riders (Another Agito, Orga, Dark Kiva, Skull), and god riders (if I identify them as almighty beings that have god complex and are usually colored in gold, those are Daguba, Odin and Caucasus)
