[Video Game] Kamen Rider Battride War 2 (PS3)

It won't surprise me one bit if Bamco decides to do another game in the future to cover what the Showa Riders are up too while this is all going down.

Did anyone ever subtitle or provide translations for the first game?

Yes, dammit, we want the pre-Kuuga Riders. Some people are already assuming Handa Kento's voice will be in this game and they have a point.
I really want them not only because completing the main line-up is a must (and really, they're missing out on the big 30 number) but because there's a possibility Fujioka, Hayami and Sugata will be around to voice them.

Nice to see Eternal's original voice back, though. And above all, despite the fact that they're going for movie ultimate forms (are they even going to be regularly playable? it seems to me they might be reserved for the last stages or something like that) Kuuga is in Ultimate.

as for Eternal, he has all of the Gaia Memory available for him, ability of flight must be in one of these babies, or he can simply insert the T2 Trial memory and run really, really fast, for those who says he won't be able to ramp-boost-jump or do U turns, Beast cannot do that either in BW1, so yeah

I doubt we will see a Rider game on the PS4 for a while. We just got a HD Kamen Rider game last year. In Japan, Sony consoles will last longer since they still made games for the PSP while the PSP is dead in the US.

I am not talking about a PS4 version of the game. There is this new service that Sony will start rolling this year called Playstation Now, were PS1, 2 and 3 games will be available on the Cloud for streaming in any PS device worth a damn (PS4, Vita, PS3 and soon Smart TVs and Smartphones). Battride War 1 is incredibly popular here in Japan so if they put up this service the chances this game pops up in there are highly likely.

Well, Eternal already existed in previous game, in unplayable form, so the entire point of hyping him then is... his voice actor?

Also, I doubt even they are going to release a sequel with like few new forms and Gaim+Baron as new characters... I think it's time when some of the villains and secondaries are going to get a chance...

I wouldn't bet all my money on a playable Eternal and Sorcerer. However, I really wish they incorporate a Battle Mode where you can access these NPCs to fight 1-on-1.

I wouldn't bet all my money on a playable Eternal and Sorcerer. However, I really wish they incorporate a Battle Mode where you can access these NPCs to fight 1-on-1.

I wouldn't throw that possibillity out of the window just yet, BW seems to act on several BASARA-like principles, so...perhaps this time the "see-but-don't-touch" NPCs that were the game's secondaries will be playable in this one?

Accel is not fast, Trial is, though i don't remember if Trial is one of the 27 T2 memories or not, they have T2 Extreme, so that means special memories like Trial and Fang could have a T2 version too.

duh, so that this one can be made with the profits gained from the previous one, if everyone had the same mindset as you and acted on it(not buying the game) then BW1 would've been a bomb instead and there will be no sequels.

this game needs as much support as it can get IMO, the Tokusatsu shows lacks a good representation in the gaming world and this is the only thing marginally close to a good game

There is T2 Fang, but no T2 Trial. There are 26 T2 Gaia Memories in total. One for every letter in the English Alphabet. "T" is represnted by "Trigger". There can no be any other T2 besides these 26. So no T2 Trial exists or ever will. Most of T2 Memories weren't even used, so don't expect them to create another one.
And Accel is a speed-based memory (you can say from its name).

I wasted 200$ on a game half completed that always get stuck.
This time I'll download the game and hope they will make enough profits to do a sequel.
The reason I bought BW1 was to support Kamen Rider on the PS3 but I feel that I missed the game that really worth the money.
I'll enjoy the next game anyway.
