Bio: Seki had a fairly average life. Both his parents were famous exobiologists, so were often called upon for their expertise. This meant that they barely had any time to spend with their sons, for Seki had a brother called Daichi. Daichi was older than Seki, so Seki was in constant peril of being overshadowed by his brother, who was an exceptional athlete. Seki, on the other hand, was uncommonly smart, so turned his talent to other fields, such as learning more about exobiology from his parents, whenever they were around. In time, he grew up and moved out to a nearby city, hoping to find a job.
One day, when he was 24, he was invited to get together with his parents. Having not seen them since he was 19, Seki returned home without question. Little did he know that he was walking into a trap. When he arrived, Shocker agents ambushed him and put him to sleep. One of them had the nuts to say "Does this smell like chloroform to you?" before putting Seki to sleep. When he woke up, he was lying on an operating table, nearly naked. He was told that he had been selected to take part in "Quasar Project" that, his captors claimed, would bring about Earth's salvation. Seki believed them and let himself be operated on.
Once he was given the enhancements, his captors gave Seki a belt buckle that would allow him to access several weapons that were built into his new enhancements. They old Seki that they performed operations around the world to better mankind, and that Seki would be aiding them valuably. Seki was then sent to learn how to use his new abilities.
As a side effect, the operation had permanently changed Seki's natural hair color to purple, which Shocker thought would potentially create problems, as people would be able to recognize him better.
