Cool works Kagami!!! Could you let me know what software your using to convert the vids to gif? This software can convert avi and flv vids to gif since you take some of the vids from youtube, right?

actualy i use a converter to get them back into avi formate it downloads them and converts them at the smae time then i use vuirtual dub to open them up and select the part i need and cut the rest then i save them as an image sequence then i use a Gif animator and bring the images in and so on
