Ron is a being that has existed since humans first evolved from apes. He cannot die due to old age, so he set this whole Rio-Jan thing up for entertainment. He's the only guy with Genki; basically all the crap about GenJyuOh and the ShiGenShou was just proof that Ron has a fetish for role-play. He's the head of GenJyuKen and everyone serves him. Technically, since he was the first human to harness the power of the beasts, he started JyuKen. Brusa E found another form of energy for humans to use, and that became known as Geki.

If you couldn't get any of that, just know that Ron is over 9000. And living too long does things to you.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that's the gist of Ron's backstory. It may be wrong though, since my Japanese is far from perfect. The word "Hakaishi" keeps popping up, I'm pretty sure it means destroyer, and that it has something to do with Rio's GenJyuOu form.

There is no confirmation on "SaiDaiGekiRinTohja".

I watched Lesson 46 last night and really loved it. When I saw the preview for 47, I never thought that we'd see Mele tied up the way she will. I would have to give that the term "beautiful woman who betrayed evil master." Speaking of Mele, I'm thinking of having a night where I watch Mele-episodes and was wondering if anyone can suggest some great ones? Like the one with Bae helping the Rangers.
