We last left the heroes of Jujutsu Kaisen in a pretty dire situation, and that was in late 2023. The moment of resolution is almost here, though…Crunchyroll announced today it will be the exclusive home of the anime’s third season, starting January 2026. Jujutsu Kaisen is about Yuji Itadori, a high school student who excels in athletic activities and is otherwise normal….at first. But one day he finds himself catapulted into the world of the supernatural when he has to save his friend from a deadly curse. The only way to cure the boy is to eat a cursed object called “Sukuna’s Finger,” which just means that HE gets a curse instead. He’s now got a powerful spirit sharing his body, and though that means he gets to access the spirit’s powers, it also means he’s going to have to leave his place of education and instead hit the books at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, which specializes in training folks under a situation like his. Season 2 was the “Shibuya Incident” arc, and the incident it refers to is Sukuna taking over Yuji’s body with the intent of killing a lot of people in Shibuya. Now Yoji has been […]

The final release of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 has me ecstatic! I've been waiting a long time since Season 2 ended, and January feels so close. What transpired in Shibuya still bothers me. It's more stressful because Yuji has Sukuna inside of him, and I wonder how Yuta will handle the responsibility of stopping him. Additionally, I'm glad they made a compilation movie since it will help me remember all of the important details before to the upcoming season. Because it lets me see every season and movie in one place, Crunchyroll is great. I can't wait to go back to this planet and see how the heroes handle these enormous issues.

The way the story treats Yuji’s dilemma is fascinating because he gains immense power through Sukuna but also faces life-threatening consequences. Season 2 ended with such a complicated situation, and the framing of Yuji for terrible events creates a strong sense of tension and moral conflict. I am particularly interested in seeing how Yuta Okkotsu will act when he is ordered to kill Yuji. The relationship between mentor and student, especially with Gojo being sealed, adds layers to the narrative that are not just about fighting but also about trust and responsibility. I think the compilation film is smart because it will allow viewers to remember the Shibuya Incident clearly while also introducing the first two episodes of Season 3. This helps bridge the story naturally without confusing anyone. Crunchyroll offering all seasons and the movie makes it convenient to follow the entire story from the beginning. I plan to rewatch everything, because the series has so many small details in battles and character interactions that can be missed the first time. Overall, this season looks like it will continue pushing the story in darker and more interesting directions.

I have to say, I am really looking forward to Season 3. Jujutsu Kaisen has a way of keeping me on the edge of my seat, especially when it comes to Yuji and Sukuna. The Shibuya Incident left a lot of questions unanswered, and I want to see how the story will move forward. I also think the idea of a recap film is a good choice. Sometimes I forget small details from past seasons, and having the first two episodes included in the movie is a nice bonus. I usually watch everything on Crunchyroll, so it is convenient that they will have all the seasons and movies available. I already feel the tension building for January, and I am curious about how Yuta and the other characters will approach their difficult situations. The story has always been exciting, and I expect this season to be even more intense.

The news about Season 3 is really interesting. The Shibuya Incident arc was complex, and it created many new challenges for Yuji and his friends. I am especially curious about how Yuta Okkotsu will handle the situation, being ordered to kill Yuji. The fact that Gojo is sealed adds more pressure, which makes the story feel heavier than before. I think the compilation film is helpful because it can remind viewers of important events from Season 2. Crunchyroll having all the seasons and movies available is very convenient, and it is a good way to watch the series from start to finish before Season 3 begins. I am definitely planning to watch everything again to understand all the details before the new season.

It is exciting to know Season 3 is starting soon. The Shibuya Incident left many serious problems, and Yuji’s situation with Sukuna inside him is very dangerous. I am curious about how Yuta will respond to the task of stopping Yuji. I also like that Gojo is sealed because it makes the story harder for the main characters, which creates more tension. The compilation film is useful to remember the important events before the season starts. Crunchyroll having all seasons and the movie available is very convenient, and I will watch them again before January. I expect the next season to focus on how the characters face these challenges and to show their growth in difficult times.
