Johnny Yong Bosch In DMC 4

Okay so by now I'm pretty sure it's old news that Devil May Cry 4 is also coming to the XB 360 besides the PS3. That's great news to me and just serves to remind me what a bloody good buy my 360 is. I downloaded a HD version of the trailer and it was brilliant.:buttrock:

What's news to me though, after some surfing, is that newcomer protagonist Nero will be voiced AND motion-captured by Johnny Yong Bosch himself. This I did not expect. If you guys have the trailer, you'll notice that Nero's voice is somewhat similar to JYB's portrayal of Bleach's Ichigo. So yeah, it looks like JYB's on board and now I can't wait to get this.:thumbs:

Question: What's the extent of motion-capturing in video games so far? If Nero is being motion-captured by JYB then to me it's possible that the motion-capturing for his fighting will be done by JYB too besides the animated cutscenes. This doesn't really seem too far off since I heard that JYB still does his own stunts.

You know, I'm don't know what the Extent of Mo-capping is by the actors.

I know Reuben and Daniel did do the Motion-capturing for the Cut Scenes of Dante and Virgil in Devil May Cry 3, and it may not be too much of a strech to have them do the basic motions of the gameplay as well, But they of also not be needed to do so as well.

I've known about Johnny being in the game for some time now, And it's a pretty awesome fact. And it kinda of funny how the Devil May Cry game series is becoming like a Project Power Rangers Alumi join (And even a Metal Hero). Definatly is keeping me interested, especially the announcement of a 360 version.

XD Yeah, It's saving me 200 dollars! Unlike some fans, I'm not one for Console loyality or 'OMG IT HAS TO BE THE BESTEST GRAPHICS EVER". As long as things don't feel dated as hell and the system isn't sell your kidney expensive, then I am one happy Devil May Cry Fanboy!

It spells doom for a lot of us if MGS4 comes to the 360 but it's pretty cool that JYB is in DMC4. I haven't caught up with a lot of gaming news so this is new to me.

Old news is that JYB is Nero. The new news (Well, by "new" I mean is that the news came just a little after JYB being Nero) is that it's going to be on the 360.

Now if only Ninja Gaiden stayed faithful to the Xbox.
