Some of you might know a bit about my internet background. Some of you know that I was once part of a very large... um... group of people. Many of those people I met in real life but when our group broke up (for various reasons) people went their own ways in life. This particular group were made up of a bunch of people with similar interests... much like this toku forum but the emphasis wasn't on toku. lol
A while back the hubby came across one of our old friends on a Battlefield 2142 server. They pulled me into the game. A few days ago two more people from our old group found the hubby online then through the hubby they found me! LOL
It's funny how small the internet is. It's been several years - about five or six years on my part - since I've talked to those particular people. It's great to find old friends online again. LOL
What's funny is that I was pretty tight with those guys. They're absolutely crazy (especially the two that we once again have contact with). I spent the last five hours tonight play BF2142 just cracking up laughing because those two are complete and total perverts. It's great that I can revert back to my original net name and have that personality again. I have people whom I can pick on (and they pick on me right back) and know that it's all in good fun.
Now we just need to track down the remaining core members (there are six or seven missing core members) and my original group will be back together. Of course, the group will never return to our previous interest but gaming together is much more fun anyways! LOL
Now whose dog tag haven't I collected yet? LOL
