I wouldn't see the problem in that considering it aired on ABC Saturday Morning...so Jetix has to pick it up.
Considering Jetix consist of UPN, Fox, and ABC shows, they should air it, along with MR, VRT, and BB...and maybe Tatooed Teens, Big Wolf on Campus, Los Luchadores, etc.
