IS Gobusters Getting a Sixth Ranger?

Actually, no. Nowhere on the scans did it say that. that's just what the blogs who presented them assumed. the scans say nothing about its role in the series, only things about the toy, like having lights and sounds, 3 modes, and being "big scale".

and I don't get why people are still calling it "RaiOh" when it's clearly "LiOh" as in "Lion". I mean, it's codename is "LT-06", so the L stands for Lion

only thing is, with gobuster king, gobuster-ace isn't in the combination, only LiOh and the rest of the mecha besides ace. if the new mecha can combine with buster ace then i'll be surprised

Guys, NateRiver is the Sixth Ranger, and his buddyroid is Keith Justice. He is called Sai Buster. His mecha is a rhino-tank hybrid that forms an ultrazord type of combination much like the King Pyramider. It even has a warrior formation like Cho Kidenju Dai Mugen.

The reason NateRiver isn't going to be in it is because he likes Yoko, but he's too shy around her. This makes it impossible for him to even make an introduction. Think Yamcha from the first Dragon Ball arc.

He's pretty much like Mask X1 (who is by the way to the Maskmen, what Gao Horse is to the 23 main Power Animals).

Oh and they do have an extra hero named Buddy Boy. He was originally a human named Hidden Masta. Like Ninjaman, doesn't have a mecha because he is his own mecha. He even has a transformation where he turns into Buddyman. But Buddy Boy finds this whole thing lame, and thus he'll never ever have an appearance in this. He probably does nothing but use his new-found powers to pull pranks on his former neighbor, KingRanger.

it can't combine with Ace, but did you not see my post where I said Ace will be able to ride LiOh in Buddy Vehicle and Buddy Animal mode?

this means Ace is not going away

here's visual, definitive proof:

Some of the minor toy features don't need to appear in the show necessarily. Go-Busters ignored Nick's machine-gun during almost 30 episodes, in spite of them being included with the toys. There doesn't seem to be any special name to that combination (unlike the "Riding Dekaranger Robo", which was the Dekaranger +Dekabike), so it could be left out.

At this point, I'll be very surprised if Nick is written out though, considering how they aren't even removing the villains and Nick's robot mode is likely the best or second best selling item of Go-Busters toyline... Then, again, writing him out and replacing him with a complete substitute would be a good way to push him to the forefront.

that doesn't prove anything, ace is still not gonna be in gobuster king and him being reduced to a bike riding mode isn't gonna give him much life support.

well as far as I'm concerned, there's a 99% chance that Ace is going nowhere, because everything from the toy line has made an appearance thus far, even Go-Buster Ace Stag Custom

and remember, Tategami LiOh is labeled as a "Buddyzord", not a Buster Machine, so there's even more reason why it likely won't replace Ace. it most likely has an AI, so it can assist the Go-Busters.

in all seriousness, Toei and Bandai have a very good track record for having just about everything from their Super Sentai toy lines appear in their respective series, including most functions. they're especially thorough with the mecha

and if this isn't going to appear is the show, then why would Tategami have handlebars even in Animal Mode?

They've done this before with Ryuuseioh+Kibadaioh/Wang Tiger+DairenOh, anyway.

It's not inconceivable for them to have a main mech combiner switching combination bases and fighting side by side with whatever's left behind.

I would assume at this juncture in time there won't be a sixth but you never know. I'd like if they went the Rescue Force way and had one of the commanders be the sixth but more than likely, according to scans, we ain't gettin' ****.

The title for episode 41 is supposedly 怪盗ピンクバスター ! / Pink Buster, the Phantom Thief!

I don't see it being an actual sixth. Maybe someone who dresses up as the Go-Busters and there's a sorta AbarePink situation going on.
