IP banned from other forum.

I was part of another forum and somehow my little cousin either got into my account or made another one my computer and spammed the boards and now I've been IP banned. I have a few questions

1. If I use something like anonymouse.org or anonymizer will the owners be able to tell?

2. If I changed my real IP address, is there any way the forum can find out my old one and everything I have done on the old IP address? Or does having a new public IP address give me a clean slate?

3. If I resigned up there using anonymouse.org and came back on anonymizer will the owners people able to see both IP addresses or just the IP of the proxy server I'm currently using?

Just to add in a few cents to this:

a) Your problems from another forum does not have anything to do with HJU, therefore Fayt is correct in closing this thread. If you're having problems on another forum, you need to try and remedy it yourself.
