Oh, we have a joke going on over here where we say "Only in Japan..." to almost everything... Like... only in Japan will the guys walk willingly into a Hello Kitty store alone.... Only in Japan will they give you spoons or straws when you buy yogurt at the supermarket... (I don:t think I:ve had that happen in America.... only at restaurants/fast food places ;P )

There's a Sanrio shop in Concord, NC, outside of Charlotte, not quite two hours from where I live. My wife dragged me in there the last time we were down that way (we're having to make trips down to Charlotte because of immigration stuff), and I swear if I went in there without a female escort all the testosterone would evaporate from my body.

There's a Sanrio shop in Concord, NC, outside of Charlotte, not quite two hours from where I live. My wife dragged me in there the last time we were down that way (we're having to make trips down to Charlotte because of immigration stuff), and I swear if I went in there without a female escort all the testosterone would evaporate from my body.

I've been there before, it's about an hour from where I live. ...it's a harsh trip to go on your own and even harsher trying to come up with an reason as to why you're in a Sanrio shop on your own. "I'm getting a Keroppi for my grandmother" didn't cut it apparently. It was the truth you bastards!
