It's the "Lucky's Sandwich Contest" at Lucky's Sandwich Co. in Chicago
here a vid for reference from Man V Food
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1p-K577Dyk"]mm mmm good[/ame]
only 10 people (well 11 now after MVF demolished it) have ever finished itin under an hour. I think the fastest time was like 14:30 or something... hhhoboy
so here's what happened. Well, first, I eat a lot.... I mean A LOT. I am known as the "black hole' or 'garbage disposal' in my group of friends cause I usually eat portions of food enough for like two or three people... and I'm still thin :sly:.. they say it's cause I have a high metabolism. I get jokes a lot about how my metabolism is gonna stop one day and I'm gonna get like huge or something haha but ether way.
My buddy Trevor saw that particular episode of Man V Food and was talking to me about it and showed me the episode... I thought to myself 'good god does that sandwich look damn good'. Trevor asked jokingly if I wanted to try the challenge.. I said '**** YES'.. with out thinking as per what I normally do.. now I'm headed down to Chicago on Oct 17th to see if I can actually do it... I think I've gotten a liiiiitle over my head here hahahaa :sweat:
what do you guys think? :eyebrow:
OH Ill have what time I'm gonna try to be there by later on in case anybody wants to meet me there
