I’ve always wondered what a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle might look like if they existed in the real world (yes, I think about a lot of weird things…). Thankfully, someone who is much more creative and crafty than myself also had the same thought, and decided to bring it to reality. AlexCF created a fine detail small statue of Leonardo based off the original red-headband comics.
The sculpture isn't trying to be life like, as in flesh and bones (can you even do that with clay?), it's simply saying "what if the Turtles actually looked like turtles?" instead of these cartooney alien-like humans.
