Den-O's dark counterpart is probably Kamen Rider Yuuki from the third film. It's Skull form is Ryotaro after all, just possessed by a much more evil Imagin.

Um, the final Grongi was basically an evil version of Ultimate Kuuga. Except white, since Ultimate form was already black.

I'm disappointed about Nega Den-O however. They could've at least had a parallel Ryotaro with good luck and Negataros as his partner. Its design should've been like Den-O's Liner Form. Dark Kabuto's masked form should've been black or dirtied.

In the Faiz series, Kaixa is in many ways a dark counterpart. Faiz is an Orphanoch who fights to save humanity. As opposed to Kaixa, a human who fights purely to kill Orphanochs. But if you don't like the idea of counting him, Orga is also an Orphanoch who fights to save humanity, but breaks and so becomes the very thing he was fighting against (and something Kenzaki couldn't become "because Kenzaki is Kenzaki"). Or failing that, the Riotroopers were meant to be mass-produced versions of Faiz used by his enemies. They could also count.

What there should be is....

A dark Kuuga, a different rider that fights like Faiz, a dark Blade rider, a dark Hibiki, a dark W, an evil OOO and a dark Fourze.

@Burkion: Well, looking at this thread, it seems as if HenshinSlayer would only count something as a "Dark Counterpart" if it's "the same costume and name, except with added DARK". Which I think is a bit silly, to be honest. For example, N-Do'h-whatsisname (aka No. 0) was pretty clearly a "Dark Ultimate Kuuga", except that he was white, since making a "Dark" version of an already black costume would be lame.

Also, you forgot about Another Agito. Oh, and in the Showa era you have Black Sun and Shadow Moon, the original dark rider. Okay, technically, Hakaider would be the original dark rider, but since he is not part of Kamen Rider, he doesn't count.
