if i wanted to get them off yahoo japan, what's the best japan auction service to buy them from? because i wont afford them this year, since i have to no job and not have enough money.

can hlj still order them after they are discontinued when shinkenger ends? if so, are they a good place to get them from?

you can always wait for two years later and get the hong kong version which is without the toei small blue logo.
