I want to Start a Podcast...

ok, for the last couple of months, i've been debating to start my own Podcasting show on the internet, it would just cover Anime, Toku, Wrestling, Video Games and other things that pop up, like toy news and reviews of movies, toys and shows.

anyone know where I can get myself started at? a place to host the cast at? who's the right people to promote it at? any help?

to give you all an idea how my voice is and my raido edting skills are:

here is a cool how to pocast video that may help you out.
http://revision3.com/systm/podcasting
it will show you how to make a feed, how to get it on iTunes and more podcasting site's like that and how to edit from Audacity.

As for hosting I say
www.godaddy.com
$3.99 a month you will get up to 200 GB disk space and up to 2,000 GB bandwidth

that not to bad at all for hosting it will work good for a podcast. 90% of the time podcast will only be about 30mb to 100mb. so you will have all the room you need for a site if you want to make one too.

hope that help man. if it any more you want to know just ask. I got more info in my head that may help you out.:anime:

Eew, necroposting.

But anyway, I've found over the last year that Libsyn is the way to go.
