The mention of Wonder Woman's big year really takes me back to the 1987 series by George Pérez, which is a personal favorite of mine! His blend of mythology and real-world struggles for Diana was just so captivating and added so much depth to her character. Plus, seeing how the New Gods are being discussed in Blum's podcast is awesome; Jack Kirby's original run never ceases to amaze me with its creativity and cosmic stakes. The way those characters intertwine has always made me think of how expansive the DC Universe truly is. Do you think we'll see any new interpretations of characters from that era in the current runs?
