I thought iPods would be easier to use.

Well, for the past couple years I've been jammin' with my Zen Micro and there a button right there that says "Load ****".

Then it says, "Pick the **** you wanna load."

Then, "Load it.... now watch me load it."

Soooooooo... I got my new 30 jigga-byte Video iPod... link it to my comp.... get me this iTunes thing and it just stares at me... then it like.. turns and it's doing something and I'm like... "Wait, what're you doing?"

It looks back at me then goes back to what it was doing.... and I think it's uploading like... mp3's from my computer, but I don't remember asking it to.

Then I click and I find an Import button to click on... I choose a file, click.... Open(?) and then nothing happens.

*searches for some tutorial... preferably video*

u want videoes? well then look no further then ipodnova.tv where everything you download is specifically for your ipod.

for your music, you just drag into itunes

I've heard a dozen times, "just drag into iTunes" and I did that and it just basically said, "What?! What do you want!?"

I'm like, "I'm trying to get this thing into my iPod" and it says, "I don't know... maybe I did it already. Is it in your iPod?"

"Uhhh... I don't see it."

"Then I probably didn't put it on there.. God." :redface2:

I use Vidoria to convert my video files, yet for some odd reason the subs usually move too fast, or not in sync with the show itself.

TOLD YA iPod was no0thing but trouble boss! Ipods are like Nike shoes. Thier the top of the line better than anything else out there, but it's so above and beyond what you need in practicality and cost. Thats why I'm waiting for the Soundwave MP3 player.

Well I paid half the price for the top of the line model, so it's possibly worth the cash..... as soon as I learn how to fwickin' use it.

-put CD into drive
- it should automattically come up
- if it doesnt click import in the bottom right corner
-when the orange icon goes green (next to the song title) you have imported the cd
-click my music (blue not on the left plane)
-select the songs you want
-drag into the ipod icon on the left plane
-repeat as needed

hope that helps, mate

Actually, I only needed to convert once with my songs, afterwards almost every song in my folder as well as the ones I downloaded later on were in the right format to play on the I Pod. The only ones that didn't format, were at least half of my songs that I Ripped from CDs, and that have the WMA extention
