I need DS game recommendations!

I used to own a Nintendo DS Lite, but it snapped in half a little more than a year ago so I sold it off for parts.


Now I've finally saved up enough to get another one and I'm looking for some good game recommendations!


I know I want the New Super Mario Bros game and probably Mario Kart too. But other than that I'm really not sure. Looking for action-adventure, racing, MAYBE RPG if the right one comes along.



Any thoughts?

Dragon Ball origins has awesome graphics and is a fun game in my opinion.
Get the Ninja Gaiden game too. Resident Evil ds is awesome. It is even better than the original ps version.

- All three Phoenix Wrights and Apollo Justice

- Both Sonic Rush games are awesome
- Bangai-o Spirits

...and those are just third party games. Some favorites from Nintendo that aren't often listed are...

Zelda, all three Kirby games, Diddy Kong Racing if you haven't played the first, Tetris DS, Crosswords DS (really!), Pokemon, Mario and Luigi Partners In Time, Yoshi's Island DS, Elite Beat Agents.


DS is my favorite system this generation.

Jump ultimate Stars was the only reason I bought myself a DS! Well worth it!! wifi connectin is a must for this game! The only problem is the damn hackers you battle online, but other than that. Pure gold!! To bad it's an import though XD lol

my recommendation, sell the DS and get a PSP. Any game worth playing on a DS can be played on a hacked PSP. *plays Chrono Trigger on his PSP* booya
