So theoretically if a monster ripped off the helmet off of Kamen Rider W, would the face like like Two Face, be a combination of both men's features or would the removal of the mask destabilize the transformation and turn the rider into ashes, killing them both?

Unless W is on Xtreme mode, the monster would definitely rip Shotaro's face or Philip in Fang mode.

The Consciousness of Philip is transferred to the Gaia memory which will be used by Shotaro so Cyclone Joker and other excerp for FangJoker uses Shotaro's body.

Actually, since in Xtremes debut we saw their bodies combine we can assume that the face revealed by a broken Cyclone Joker Xtreme would most likely be a mish-mash of Phillip and shotaros faces.

Honestly, I like to think, they have no face after they transform and are more or less like the Dophants in that being their literal body after a transformation.
