How to break Fallout 3

Get Operation Anchorage, play through it, get the rewards.
Equip the Chinese Stealth Suit.
Take the Silent Running perk.
Get your Sneak up above, oh, say, 90; not hard with the bonuses for the above two steps.
Now go into Sneak mode, step up to any enemy, and melee it to death. Doesn't matter if you're in the middle of a huge group enemies, you can kill with complete impunity now. :castlerock::castlerock::castlerock:

For added hilarity, take the Better Criticals and Pyromaniac perk, up your Repair skill, collect all three Shishkebab schematics, and make yourself a weapon that in Sneak mode (which automatically criticals) can one-hit-kill pretty damn near anything in the game. Throw in Light Stepper and you may never take damage again. The downside is you're now playing from the perspective of a six-year-old and you move slower, but it's a price I'm willing to pay to be death incarnate.

It is sick and wrong and broken and I LOVE IT. I'm dreading the patch where they fix the Stealth Suit.

Heh, I'm trying out what my friend did.

He kept repairing his shot gun over, and over till eventually it did 50 damage.

The male character in the two-person "town" where you get the Nuka-Cola Challenge has a unique shotgun that you can pickpocket that does insane amounts of damage. It's called The Kneecapper. XD I have also been told there's a really powerful unique gun in the Museum of History in the section with all the feral ghouls, but I haven't been there yet.

Also, regular guns do work for Stealth Kills, you just have to kill the target with one shot/VATS sequence, so headshots are practically a must on anything with more HP than a regular human. I find it hilarious that I can pick off a group of raiders with my hunting rifle and none of them will react...
