How do you respond to friends bashing your fav toku

My friends think it's pretty cool, even if they aren't into it. Did get them into KR:The First and The Next.

My girlfriend makes fun of me for liking toku, PR, and mecha XD.
"You're just a big five year old, aren't you?"
But; for the past few months she's been on E-Bay looking for Sailor Moon toys, so it evens out XD

All of my friends are very open-minded, so they usually either don't mind or they ask to check some toku out at least once.

my closest friend knows, i show him lots of kiva clips

he thinks it's cool, and he asks questions like "who he?" or " Is that the main rider?" i like explaining things to him.

but i can't get him hooked on it
