how can i tell if its Sentai footage

This leads to another question, how you think the Ryuki Footage faired in Dragon Knight considering the Heisei Rider begain shooting in a different camera set up and started to shy away from how Sentai shoots.

its kinda easy... when you see kitt fighting clumsily/funny its actually shinji who's fighting... its an all-american footage if they show the main riders fighting cool :coolshades:

its probably due to the fact adness has different characterizations than the original riders

I honestly could not tell the difference between the Ryuki and Dragon Knight footage.

Mind you,I never saw Ryuki prior to KRDK,but I assumed that the Japanese footage would look similiar to Sentai.

I agree with the above comment about Dragon Knight, I think it was beautifully mashed, I could hardly tell when I was seeing new footage, and ive seen all of Ryuki ... TWICE!

but with sentai it does seem easiar, like the shiney suits as mention, in general the actors being more on the large side for power rangers (thats not a dig on wieght its just the seem to have larger bodys wether it be muscle or fat)

the contrast of the footage and lighting always give it away, like to date there hasnt been an episode which I can not tell is the sentai counter part, and I remember being a kid and asking my mom, why does it sometimes look cooler in places she thought I meant why are they cooler morphed than in civillian form. But I could always tell and the dragon armor thing really annoyed me as a kid. Up untill learning of sentais existance I always assumed this was just the stunt footage and was recorded differently

It was average, there were times you didn't even notices, other time like in the early episodes the Ryuki footage looked a little blurry is some spots, but movie footage blended very well.

The only time it was difficult to tell the difference between Sentai footage and US footage was PRWF.. Nobody should have any issues telling the difference in footage.

I don't understand how it wasn't obvious which parts were Ryuki footage and which parts were from Dragon Knight.

The CGI sparks alone were a dead giveaway.

They should've though. With Special, have Camo doing "Rider Piledriver" on Sting and Wing Knight; JTC fighting Ritchie, and Kit turning into Wing Knight...

...with RVA...take out Agito Ground/Burning Agito...and then Wing Knight, Torque, and Strike doing the "WE ARE KAMEN RIDER!!!" sentai pose with Kit going...WTF.
