Started trying to work my abs yesterday. Been months since I've done that & I just started to feel pain from it a little while ago, so I decided to do more & kinda worked a lot of the pain out too, but it'll probably start back tomorrow. XD Always takes like 2 days to get used to after you start something to where you don't ache from it.
