The event takes part after the battle with Hina's dad thus a misunderstanding was meant to be from the spectators.
The elder and the other parents thinks that Kazuma fought for Hina's hands from his dad. So Madoka ended up with a misunderstanding.
Kazuma having a dream about his past but he doesn't remember a thing and Daigo asking for help with the summer homework
Kiyori coming back with souviners and hearing that Madoka was depress. She heard the reasons that it's about Kazuma so he storms his house where the others are doing summer homework.
