what time does hlj open? because i ordered a trial memory on saturday morning us eastern time around 5:30 am, after i ordered it, i received an email saying that my order wont go into the account until may 24 japan time which is today, and i keep checking my account and paypal, there is no transaction or my order on my hlj account, i looked on the trial memorys and they are in low stock now, so i dont know, im i being scammed or something?

They usually open sometime in the afternoon on the Monday. It may be May 24th right now, but it's in the dead of the night at the moment, do you really expect anyone to be operating at this time?

They don't charge your Paypal account until the item starts going into packing/shipped when they have the final shipping amount confirmed.

If you ordered before the item reached 'low stock' status, you have nothing to worry about, because allocate stock on a first come first served basis.

You are not being scammed. HLJ probably has the best customer service I've experienced from an online retailer.

It's 4:01 AM Monday in Japan right now. They'll process your order when they open for business later today. They're not a 24/7 Walmart. :redface2:

OK, here is the process when you order with HLJ:

1. You get order acknowledgment email, right after you check out your order. This email is just saying that they have your order in their 'inbox'.

2. You will get order confirmation email from HLJ (usually within the next business day). If the items are still ready in stock, they'll process your order (continue to no.3). If the items are already sold out (coincidentally), then they'll ask you to wait.

3. Now it's payment time.

3(a). Payment by paypal (with billing agreement)
If you sign up for the paypal billing agreement, they'll charge your paypal account (with your prior approval) right away. Then, they'll send you email saying that they have received your payment.

3(b). Payment by paypal (no billing agreement)
I'm not really sure about this process. I think they'll send you an email requesting total amount to be paid. You should be given 1 week time to pay. Once you pay, you'll get another email saying that they have received your payment.

3(c). Payment by Credit Card.
I'm sure at all about this process.

4. Once they receive your payment, they will begin the packing. Then, within 1-2 days, you'll get "Shipping Notice" email, telling you that your package is ready to ship. If you use EMS, then they'll give you tracking number.

The whole process usually takes at least 4 days. You can't expect fast service from HLJ.
