HJU is Back on the Air!

Hi all.

Here's the lowdown...

The hijack earlier was caused by redirects that were added to the .htaccess for the forums. It was done to the blog also but didn't appear to work for whatever reason.

Currently, the same method is being used to redirect the domain to the new host. Because of the redirect, some things aren't working quite right. I am thinking this is because some folders within the forums are not being redirected as they should be. Once the DNS change takes effect, I'm hoping most if not all of the glitches going on will work themselves out. There was a slight hiccup in importing the database on the new host, which could also be the cause of being unable to reply to some threads, but I won't be able to tell for sure what the cause is until the DNS change goes through. This usually takes up to 36 hours to propagate to all DNS servers and will happen for some folks before others.

Assuming it's not some stupid April fools crap. On that forum that HJU got jacked to, Jedi, mike and a few others bad mouthed HJU, Keith, and said things that were just retarded.

Apparently, I'm the only one that posts in that thread that can't post..lol So I wonder why.... could it just be me? It worked yesterday & nothing has changed since though. :O

& for the record I never had respect for the other board that was a mix between japan hero & hju anyways. >_< yet not as good as either.

MikeB did a lot to put us up here, so he had my respect for that. But he jacked our site without my permission.

Also, I'm not one for badmouthing, but I'm pretty pissed (and so was Japan Hero Jeff) that MikeB also jacked Japan Hero's layout and themes without Jeff's permission.

I owe Mike quite a bit, and am thankful for what he has done, but with this last move.... this is then end of my thankfulness.
