Hidari Shotaro cosplay questions

to anyone who has or planning to cosplay as him, i have some questions.

1. for your natural hair, how do you get it to match hidari's? i can do it after a shower and washing my hair. i just use my fingers to kinda curl my bangs. is it possible to use a curling iron to do it?

2. if you dont have the official ties, what kind of ties do you use instead? what i mean is, do you go for silk ties, polyester, etc?

3. what kind of shoes does hidari wear? is it boots or dress shoes? what brand would be good to buy?

4. do you know a place to buy fedora's just like windscales mainly black fedora with the ribbon around it? i want to buy a solid black one and probably buy a plaid shirt, cut it and make a ribbon to put around the fedora like that one white plaid windscale hat.

i can answer 2 and 3,

2.his tie is a bit closer looking a skinny tie than a regular one, depends on what shotaro get up you are trying to do, will depend on the tie color, silk is a bit too shiny for the actual tie he wears so i say go polyester.

3. I both have shoes and biker boots i switch off and on every time i wear the outfit. one important thing you need to make sure that it has straps with buckles on it.

where can you get those shoes at? some of the official ties are 100% silk. im planning on getting solid white and solid black silk ties.
