No no, the board was just changed to a new url and new name. Doesn't mean you re register. Lots of boards gets a url change and name change sometimes.

Re registering at a board only happens if the board got hacked (if nothing got backed up before it happens) and when the board is restarted from scratch. But if everything (usernames would get back ed up first before everything else) gets backed up, no need for re registering but you would probably be requested to reset your password and also re add your avatar and sig (most of the time sigs do get backed up anyways, sometimes it might not for some boards)
