Help with a WinRAR File

Yup, I just downloaded Precious Album 4&5 and now I can't seem to extract them as they're named in Japanese characters. Does anybody know how to rename them? My rename file button doesn't seem to be functioning...

I used 7-zip and extracted the actual tracks themselves. If you try to extract the folders that contain them, the names will just get too long as you go from folder to folder to the filename of the track itself.

I just extract the whole album, then rename the tracks, then put them in a new archive
