Help fixing a Megazord piece

Not sure if this is the right section of the forum for this, but.. The crocodile tail piece on my GaoHunter broke recently and I'm having trouble gluing it back together. None of the glues I've been using hold it together well. Does anyone know what kind of glue will hold it together so I can reconnect it?

heat glue or glue gun, just a little will place it back but since you place so many glue on it, you should wipe it out with alcohol.
