Has Media Blasters released Kamen Rider the Next?

I just remembered that MB had released Kamen Rider the First and was wonder, did I miss them releasing The Next?
 
Apparently sales for Masked Rider: The First were so poor Media Blasters decided not to sub it. That's what I heard.
 
Yeah, I have The First. If it sold poorly, I can say I'm not surprised since MB never promoted it. If it wasn't for my working at Best Buy, I would have never known it had been licensed.

Media Blasters is an expert at not marketing their catalog properly. Even while I was still an active staff member of the Anime News Network, I didn't know majority of their titles until I made some random additions to my Netflix rental queue.
