And there's already been heavy speculation that Final Fantasy 13 will join it on both systems as well.

You need to keep up with ffxiii news. Behind closed doors they showed new trailers for XIII and VersusXIII both stating "For Playstation 3 only" at the end of both trailers.

I don't buy that for one minute. Konami and Kojima swore up and down MGS would remain a PS exclusive and that died fairly quickly.

MGS4 will likely be ported to both the 360 and PS3.

but not Wii. I dont care if everyone you know wants it. I know a ton of people who want it or have it. That's the glory of marketing. I have one though and my impression is, party games amuse me for only so long. I've clocked in more hours on my Xbox than I do on the Wii and it's freaking sad. Nothing but party games on the damn system atm and the actual games they do have just arent as good as Nintendo used to make or they're last gen. Wii isnt going anywhere because it's not getting real support. It's getting Cube-style support. Meaning it's going to die. I hope I'm wrong.

And there's good chances FF13 is only for PS3. But no one knows at this point. SE is large enough that it can support itself by releasing exclusives while other companies cant afford it anymore.

I don't think the Wii will suffer the same fate as the Gamecube, they're still getting decent support from 3rd parties.

while MGS4 won't be on the Wii, I would be shocked if some sort of MGS game didn't appear on the system to take advantage of the Wii-mote.

Same goes for Final Fantasy XIII.
It's just shocking how 360 owners want exclusive Playstation games.

Is that kinda like Sonic will never be on a nintendo machine, or Final Fantasy will Only be on nintendo machines, or how DMC4 "is" a PS3 exclusive, the moral of the story is this... When it comes to video games there is no such thing as never, not going to be, or exclusivity.

Unless PS3's start flying off the shelves like mad, I can see MGS4 coming to the 360 pretty easily.

That's good extra money they'd be turning down for minimal effort.

Seeing the mad sacks of cash money Call of Duty raked in, how well DMC4 is doing multi-platform... I just can't see Konami saying, "Naaaah... we don't need THAT much money."

FF on the other hand, I'm willing to bet Sony would drop truck loads of cash to make sure that stayed exclusive.

also let me say that when a real company's developer speaks on the ps3 like a guy from square-enix,capcom,epic,snk playmore,level 5,or even spike then ill take what is being said seriously. as of now what the developer said was nothing more than a joke to me.
