New Year's Weekend was OK and sucked in equal measure; the sucked parts mainly being that I lost my memory card with a lot of my MP3's [which are currently on my hard drive, the data of which is being recovered by my friend] along with my memory card reader as I was in such a rush that I forgot to take it out of the PC at the library I was at in Liverpool [it's a long story...] on Saturday while on Sunday I ended up pigging out a bit too much on Chinese food in Liverpool in Chinatown [which I definitely will cut down on this New Year's Eve] and also my stupid disposable camera crapped out on me so now even more than ever I have a good excuse to buy a digital camera for my birthday...
The celebrations at the Krazyhouse weren't too bad and I got to see my best friend and his girlfriend even tho she seemed to be a bit miserable, sad to say.
At the end of the day, I didn't get in till about 8.30AM because I wanted to save money so I ended up catching two trains; the first of which didn't leave till just after 6.15AM!:redface2: [I had to wait just under a hour for the train at the station where I had to catch the train going back home and I would have usually been able to get a direct train to Runcorn except the rail conductors for the company that was running the service to Birmingham were on strike and as a result there was no service!]
Anyway, I'm glad a lot of you guys had a good time on New Year's and let's hope the rest of this year is going to be a great year!:thumbs: :buttrock:
