After the worst year ever aka 2020 ends, The Halloween in the next 2 years will be exciting because we will not be getting not one but 2 Halloween sequels.
Michael Myers one of the most Iconic Killers in the history of Horror cinema and Laurie Strode the Ultimate Final girl in Horror films had been trying to kill each other for multiple movies with different continuities.

Halloween is like the Marvel and DC comics of Horror films because it has a multiverse with different outcomes. In some versions of the Story, Michael and Laurie are brothers and sisters but in some continuities, they are not. In some versions, Michael is victorious as he finally gets to finish Laurie off.

Sadly Laurie doesn't have the likeness of The actress who originated her, Jamie Lee Curtis due to licensing issues. In the Game, Michael and Laurie will be in a battle for eternity with no end as both of them got caught by a God-like Dark force called the entity.

After Michael got arrested and get sent to a Mental Asylum, His little sister got adopted with the New Name Laurie Strode. For Multiple movies, Laurie and Michael duke it out but he eventually killed her and after her death, Her daughter Jamie Lloyd took over as Michael's nemesis as he wants to finish off his family's bloodline.

On the Original timeline, Laurie got killed off because Jamie Lee Curtis' career took off and they can't afford her anymore but this new timeline happens after they managed to get Jamie's services again. So movies, where Laurie got killed, got retconned so Jamie Lee Curtis can play the role again. Instead of a daughter, Laurie has a teenage son instead.

The first timeline to ignore the 1978 movie because it is a reboot and remake at the same time. Jamie Lee Curtis is not in these movies. Scout Taylor Thompson played Laurie Strode instead. It was planned to be a trilogy but the second movie failed. The child actress who played Jamie on the 1st timeline returns as an adult character named Annie who was Laurie's friend. The story centers more with Michael than Laurie as they humanized him and it showed why he become the monster that he is.

The first timeline where Michael and Laurie are not siblings and they a five-decade feud that finally be put on an end. On this Timeline, Laurie became a total Badass who can defend herself and fight. She has a strained relationship with her daughter and granddaughter who just thinks she is crazy because of her doomsday prepping lifestyle to prepare for Michael's return. In the past timelines, Michael was a Predator while Strode was a prey but on this one, they are rivals and arch enemies. Hopefully, the Pandemic ends next year so we can watch how this variation will conclude.
