Anyway, yeah. Shocker would be a good one to use. My only concern is how riders who didn't have Shocker as a main villain group would blend in. Like Amazon or Dogma. Unless we just have Shocker have all of those groups as sub-divisions.

Isn't that what "The Leader" did, he just kept on making evil group after evil group?

The sub-divisions thing would work, but some could be groups that don't even know they're working for shocker to makes things even more interesting.

Fixed? Changing "The World" to "Za Warudo". I like engrish and all, but please don't take liberties to "fix" my title suggestion.

Sorry to say this guys but I am going to probably have the rp up around three in morning a friend at school gave me some great ideas so I am going to try to add them in.
