I have to ask, how is the subject "GTA saved boys life.." even partially true? If anything, it caused him to endanger himself. :sly:
I'm really having trouble thinking of something to say about this. The kid seems... utterly retarded for trying to drive to school. The parents don't seem to bright if they're letting a 6 year old play GTA. And I think what I find most ridiculous is that the parents are being charged with Child Endangerment, when they were ASLEEP at the time. The kid should have known better than to try driving to school. :redface2:

This is new. Though believe it or not this is the second case I've heard. The last case is about a little girl, who rescued her family from an exploding car. I'll have to check the news channel for it, but it's no lie. The girl said that it was due to GTA that she knew what to do.

Wtf. Child Endangerment? Were they both sleeping? It just said his mother was. Was his dad there at all? Let's say his Dad went to work. How is he responsible then if he was at work making them money? And yeah, the mother should have been awake...but why was she sleeping? Was she sick? I mean, it's irresponsible but we're all human. I mean...unless she was so drunk or high she couldn't stay awake then endangerment is a little extreme. There is not enough background on this article for me to give a real opinion. They should atleast be getting something for letting their six year old watch/play GTA. I am in my twenties and find GTA pretty offensive. I watch my friends play it and I seriously don't get the appeal.

I think it's wonderful 6 year olds get a chance to play GTA.
What I want to know is how games like these can " teach " a kid how to drive or what to do bullshit... thats what it is plain and simple ... Also they have breakfast at school now?! WTF?... whenI was a kid you ate at home and then went to school 
I still say playing games like that can not in anyway teach kids how to drive ... unless they have cars now days I am not aware of that you can plug in a game controller into or a keyboard and mouse.... then ....
