Gears of War is great...Lost Planet will be too...If you have the connection speed for X-box Live, i'd grab that and Rainbow Six Vegas. Also April 2nd will be an amazing day as Assassin's Creed, Forza 2 and Mass Effect come out. Bioshock is good too, but that doesn't come out til June. And Halo 3 won't hit markets til November.

I probably wouldnt risk modding the Xbox at all. Any third party alterations voids your warranty so. Are import games really worth it? Most games for Xbox get released in America fast enough.

Hah. Warranties are for squares. Every electronic device in my home has a voided warranty. Mod chips are risky, but worth it if installed correctly.

Only "warrenties" I have for my Wii, 360 and PSP are from Gamestops PRP plan.
