The most fearful thing is that I don't remember if you can go back and get stuff if you pass them (might be wrong) and that the battles may become incredibly boring. The puzzles may also become quite difficult.

Crossbone Isle is just too long :p

The battes can get pretty long. I don't know if I would call them boring though.

Would you believe I missed that orb thingy that give you the ability to hide in shadows and I had to go back prior to entering the second Lighthouse :p

Let me say that the Toadompa monster was SUPER easy.

You can go back but it can be very long. The first game got no travel method beside by foot. The Lost Age fixed that.

Yeah, it got to the point where I had to buy the guide for the game. Battles are quite long, it took me an hour or so to beat the last boss in the first game.

Okay, I finally finished the game last night, and boy, was it fun. Although writing down a 6 page password to import all my game data to The Lost Age when I get it was kind of a pain. I hadn't played a traditional RPG in a while and this fit the bill pretty well. Definitely looking forward to playing The Lost Age, which looks even better.
