Getting a refund @ Amazon Japan, have you ever?

Forever Knight

Eye See You
I accidentley ordered the wrong Blu-ray and it was sent to me. So I went through everything with the refund upc code print out, packaged everything, put the return labels from Amazon on the package and ****.

So how does this go?. They recieve the return, process everything and refund my money onto my Visa (source of payment)?.

Is that how it works with Amazonjp?.

if I'm not wrong, before you send back the package, you have to use the "Return Item" function on the Order History page. it's just located next to your shipped item's info. did you purchased the item recently? 'cause you can't return it 30 days after it arrives at your doorstep. I haven't done this before so I dunno about the refunds part.

Yep. I did the return function on the site which lead me to a print out that I had to attach to the package, a refund #, and a bardcore which I also attached to the package.

I got the items last week. So I am good in terms of time.

Since you say you ordered the wrong disc, were you given an option to ask for the correct disc to be sent in exchange?

Nope. I tried to select that option but for whatever reason it wouldn't allow me to.

Either way, I'll wait for the $$ to return onto my visa account and then just purchase the movie I needed which was Den-O 2: Climax Deka.
