Agito has three meanings -- one the Alpha/Omega ("first and last, beginning and end"). Another is that it's Greek for "awaken," which is Agito's main theme (the powers awakening in the people the Man of Light showered his powers upon). TV Asahi also likes to point out that it's Latin for "jaw," whatever the hell that means.
Kuuga is a pun on kuwagata, the beetle Kuuga's based on. The show also uses the kanji "Kuuga," which means something like "empty sky," which has some sort of zen meaning, from what I'm told -- Godai has no worries, he's a blank slate, an empty sky -- which is why he's just so damned good.
Hibiki is combo word -- Echo Demon. While there is the word "hibiki" that just means echo, they put the kanji for demon, "ki," in there as a pun. Ibuki means something like "Mighty Breath Demon," which just sounds like he eats garlic and blows it in makamous' faces.
