Anyone remember the early days of FX, when it was mostly filled with '70s shows? And the only original programming was a show where people had various memorabilia appraised (more interesting than it sounds) and a morning talk show with Tom Bergeron? Now, thanks to The Shield, FX thinks it's HBO Jr. and tries too hard to be edgy. That is when they're not rerunning terrible movies like "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" nonstop.

And I'm going to use this space to bitch about another channel -- VH1 Classic. Original VH1 has long been in the crapper (especially ever since the celebreality nonsense), but VH1 Classic used to be awesome. A nice variety of music videos, nonstop, with hardly any commercials. Now they air the same five music videos, rerun crap from the parent channel, and have started to run the same three movies. If you have the channel, turn it on at this minute -- I'm guessing it's most likely "Behind the Music: Poison," "This is Spinal Tap," or that five hour TV-movie about the Jacksons.

Hell yeah, Dramas ftw. Seriously I don't watch tv much either, If the tv Is ever on It's because someone else is watching It, or I put It on so I don't feel alone. :laugh:
