Forum Game section

Since the Power Chamber has been clustered by forum games, such as Caption the Avatar Above You, The Sentence Thread and Rate the Avatar.Sig Above You, and the like, there should be a section for that kind of thread. Maybe it can be under the Power Chamber together with Animation Taisen.

Well, right now we only have the one showing up. If it ever gets crowded, sure.. but no need for now.
