I've seen this. It's a cute series! Drossel von Flügel reminds me of a more streamlined version of XJ9 Jenny (who, herself, is Japanese-inspired) from My Life as a Teenage Robot. (Brazilian artist Fernando "14bis" Faria did some awesome renditions of an upgraded Jenny, some of which look very identical to Drossel!)

I watched about 8 episodes of Fireball before I had to stop. I just couldn't dig its sense of humor. There are probably a lot of culture barriers I'm just not breaching, but it really isn't my thing.
