Actually it does.
Plastic in jugs do have a different taste then in plastic bags. It's a subtle difference but there is one. I like the taste of milk in bags as it tastes "cleaner" then in plastic bottles. For some reason, plastic bottles typically allow the flavors of other foods in the 'fridge to permeate the milk. I hate milk in cartons as well since it too allows the milk to take on the flavors of other foods in the 'fridge. Milk in bags do not allow milk to take on the flavors of other foods.
